Background of our invention:
In general, the wide open processing tanks in STP plants lead to emission of harmful hazardous gases which causes odor nuisance to the nearby residence. Many solutions in the past included these tanks being sealed using both concrete and MS structures but frequently this approach complicates maintenance and gives room for MS structure rupture overtime as a result of prolonged exposure.
Novelty of our invention:
1. Primarily, FRP is the chosen construction material due to its superior combination of low weight and high strength, making it exceptionally resistant to corrosion, a critical factor in the demanding environments of the oil and gas industry.
2. The design shape enables secure panel locking through a press-fit mechanism, leveraging its longitudinal flexibility and eliminating the need for conventional fasteners such as bolts and nuts.
3. The arched configuration minimizes the requirement for stiffeners while simultaneously enhancing the panel's load-bearing capacity.
4. It facilitates efficient rainwater drainage, mitigating the risk of water accumulation on the panel surface.
5. In the event of unintended pressure applied to the panel, its structural design ensures enhanced gripping capability along the walls, thus promoting safety and stability
